Payment structure

Discovery first. Build payments in thirds.

Every wpAVIO™ build starts with Discovery ($2,900), which applies to your first build payment. The remaining build cost is split 50% / 25% / 25% — with Discovery already counting toward the first 50%.

PAYMENT 01
Discovery — $2,900
Paid before the build begins. The Discovery engagement produces your project blueprint. Applies to your build if you proceed with wpAVIO.
PAYMENT 02
Project start — balance of 50%
Due when the build kicks off. Equal to 50% of the total build, minus the $2,900 already paid. On a $11,500 build, that’s $2,850 at project start.
PAYMENT 03
Mid-project — 25%
Due at the development milestone — design approved, content in place, site staging on Kinsta. On a $11,500 build, that’s $2,875.
PAYMENT 04
Final delivery — 25%
Due at launch — site live on your domain, performance verified, handover documentation delivered. On a $11,500 build, that’s $2,875.

Process

How a build actually unfolds.

PHASE 01
Discovery.
Two working sessions, research, full project blueprint. The plan that determines the tier, the timeline, and the Statement of Work for the build itself.
PHASE 02
Design.
Visual direction, key page mockups, brand alignment. Approved in writing before any code is written. Revisions happen here, not at launch.
PHASE 03
Build.
Site assembled on Kinsta staging. Content placed, forms wired up, SEO configured, security hardened, performance tuned. Reviewed weekly with you.
PHASE 04
Launch & handover.
DNS cutover, post-launch monitoring, full documentation, credentials in your name. If you continue with Care, we transition straight into monthly. If not, clean handoff.
