Annual prepay receives one month free at every tier. Tiers can be upgraded at any time; downgrades happen at month boundaries.

These are the boring, vital things. Every Care tier handles them the same way — whether you’re at $497/mo or $2,497/mo. The difference between tiers is content output and change hours, not infrastructure quality.

HOSTING
Kinsta + Cloudflare, managed.
We hold the relationship with Kinsta and Cloudflare on your behalf. You see the bill, you own the accounts, but you don’t deal with support tickets, plan changes, or routing issues. We do.
BACKUPS
Daily, automated, restorable.
Kinsta’s daily backups plus a monthly offsite snapshot. If something breaks, we restore. If you publish a post and want yesterday’s version back, we restore. Tested quarterly so we know they actually work.
UPDATES
WordPress, plugins, themes — on staging first.
Every update applied on staging, smoke-tested, then promoted to production. No “auto-update broke the homepage at 3am” stories. Documented in your monthly report.
SECURITY
iThemes Security + Cloudflare edge.
Hardened login, brute-force lockouts, file integrity monitoring, edge-level DDoS protection. Real monitoring — not the “we’ll let you know if your site disappears” version.
UPTIME & PERFORMANCE
Watched, measured, reported.
Uptime monitored every minute. Core Web Vitals tracked monthly. If a Kinsta region has trouble, we know before you do. If performance drifts, we investigate before you notice.
CHANGE REQUESTS
Real hours, used flexibly.
1, 2, or 4 hours depending on tier. Used for content edits, new pages, form changes, image swaps, any small build work. Unused hours don’t roll over — but pace matters more than total volume.

WEEK 02
Content cycle (if applicable).
At Care + Content and Premium tiers: articles drafted, reviewed with you if you want, published with proper schema, internal links, and indexing.
WEEK 03
Change requests.
Your tier’s change hours used on small build work — pages added, forms updated, images refreshed, events posted. Documented and billed against the monthly hours.
WEEK 04
Report & plan.
Monthly health report sent. Uptime, performance, security, content performance, hours used. Next month previewed. Strategy adjusted at Premium.
